What am I required to do in this assignment?
Write a reflective report demonstrating analysis, understanding and insight of both, your leadership style and entrepreneurial qualities and characteristics.
Evidence your report with research in the key topic areas giving examples from business and business organisations showing how those styles and attributes might add value to business.
Your report should show evidence of reading and broad research of the topic areas, evidence of your self-assessment results and identification of specific qualities, traits and attributes that can be seen influencing success in business. Your report should be supported by research from credible sources and correctly referenced.
Your self- assessment results should be added to your report appendix
