Orit is a level 5 organizational leader. Her leadership style is characterized by a

high level of personal humility that is accompanied by an extraordinary profound

professional will. As for her humility, those who have worked with her attest that she

isn’t directive in terms of guiding people on what to do with respect to an issue facing

them. Unlike many executives, she helps other see for themselves what need to be

done without necessarily telling them what to do. Her humility is also marked by her

honesty with regard to what she believes she can handle and what she cannot. Her

refusal to take up the role of the head of a compensation task when the company was

encountering serious challenges is a point in case.
