Objectives:
1.Critically review theories of the relationship between leadership and organizational change and how this can effect individual teams.
2.Evaluate what leadership style is best suited to lead people through an organizational change
3.Research how transformational change at an organizational level can effect the quality team
4.Recommend if there any leadership or change management best practices that could help the quality organization manage transformational change.
